The Brief

The goal was to design a website that explains AG Property Manager as an all-in-one property platform. The site needed to show who the product is for, what it helps manage, and how users can get started.

The experience also needed clear sections for features, workflows, pricing, FAQs, and demo booking.

Research & Discovery

A main challenge was presenting multiple user roles without making the website feel too heavy. The solution was to organize the content around roles, workflows, and product value in a simpler way.

This helped define a clear opportunity: build a cannabis storefront that feels premium, delivery-first, and easy to navigate.

Design Process

Step 1

Ideation & Wireframing

The website structure was built around clarity. The hero introduces AG Property Manager as an all-in-one property management solution, then the page quickly moves into role-based sections, feature groups, a 3-step operating model, pricing, testimonials, FAQs, and contact. This sequence helps visitors move from understanding to trust to action.

Step 2

Design System Development

The site uses repeated product-marketing patterns to stay consistent across sections. These include role cards, feature cards, step sections, pricing cards, testimonial blocks, FAQ layouts, and strong CTA placement for demo booking and contact.
